We are pleased to announce that NPA has implemented a new Member Management System to manage information related to your certification.
The new system will allow you to manage your personal information directly via our member self-service portal. This means the elimination of filling out manual paper work and waiting for the information to be update in our systems. Your changes will be made in real time and will be available for you to view immediately! The following are some of the tasks that you will be able to perform in the new system:
- Personal Information You will have the ability to update your home address, email and other personal information.
- Certification You will be able to logon and print a copy of your Certificate and Card from any computer eliminating the need to wait for them to be mailed to you. You will also receive emails relating to your certification expiration.
